Only took nearly 5 years, but I'm finally reinstalling Doom Eternal in order to replay it.

Now I haven't seen the original The Devil Wears Prada film, but it's weird to think that it's a damn near 20-year-old film and it took this long for it to get a sequel. You'd think the creators would have taken the opportunity back when the movie was fresh(er).

Might be about time I reinstall REAPER and start making music again. I'm feeling the itch after a good few months of doing nothing creative.

I appreciate that a select few VST developers are starting to give Linux support some serious thought and porting their plugins to the OS. And some of the VSTs that have recently been ported happen to be ones I'm very familiar with.

I turn of all notifications for literally every damn app. My phone only rings out loud if it's someone who's in my phone book and it only beeps at me if I set an alarm or a loved one is texting.

About 1.5 years after getting into MtG, I've finally netted my first ever Commander win. Feeling super proud.

Decided to go wild and place an order for a lot of 50 random rares on CardMarket. Can't wait to see what I get when that package arrives.

Going through your MtG collection for disposable bulk is an exhausting endeavor. I spent the better part of 5 hours sifting through it and only made it roughly halfway.

Dilemma: now that the decklists for the Lorwyn Eclipsed Commander precons are out, I kinda want to pick one of them up just for some of the cards, but I'd need to skip prerelease because I can't afford both.

Dammit, my brain made up false information again. The "absolute bullshit chase card" of Lorwyn Eclipsed that I mentioned yesterday is an instant, not an enchantment. Now if it *was* an enchantment, it'd probably be banned in every format day 1.

Wouldn't be a new MtG set without an absolute bullshit chase card. Can't wait to run into that enchantment that counters every spell your opponents cast in every deck that runs blue.

Five days into 2026 and I heard the first unfortunate news of the year: Richard and Conner have left Haken. Richard's departure especially is tough to process. Dude was in the band since its inception. It ain't gonna be the same without him.

So OldUnreal's UT99 installer script on Linux is sort of broken on Arch-based distros because it doesn't check for the proper packages in the dependency checker function. And I'm wracking my brain trying to figure out how to make it so without breaking it for other distros.

It's the middle of December over here and we still don't have permanent snow. Unfortunate.

Designing a new Commander deck is hard, man. You want as many synergistic cards as possible into it but you end up putting in so many that cutting cards to make room for lands becomes damn near mission impossible.
