Acer Add another headset to the collection! An Acer WMR headset. I decided since there was a driver release that actually makes WMR headsets work again, that I would grab one for 40 bucks on eBay and try it. One 4 hour session and I can say it absolutely works! Defo more blurry than a Q2 though.

I found this deal on Vive Focus controllers, that are "new". I believe these style controllers work with the Vive Focus 3, Vision, and XR Elite. I plan on grabbing one of those headsets at some point for my collection. So now I just need the headset! www.ebay.com/itm/33593647...

Coffee Being a total nerd... I wanted to see if I could make coffee using my lil battery powered Inverter that uses 4 40v 6AH Ryobi batteries. Close to 1kw of batteries. The inverter is a "300w" inverter, but it powered this 380-ish W load for about 5 minutes! Pretty sweet! It's coffee time!

Move At the beginning of this year, I made the decision to stop posting to Twitter at some point this year. I think that time is now. x3 I have most people over here on Bluesky now, and this past 2 weeks, Twitter seems to have stopped showing my posts to people randomly. So I think it's time.

Nice One thing I like to do is let people know that they make a difference. Finding accomplishments they have done, or just listening to them tell me what they've done recently and then telling them the difference they are making by doing what they do.

Flags Asexual... A word I would use to describe me. "NSFW" things used to upset me. I've been working on this. Getting upset over things that first, don't affect me, and second, are legit... people having fun, shouldn't affect me. I am pushing to understand by experimenting. Its working! ^^

Decision I am trying to open my mind to a LOT at the moment. Things that used to upset me, dont anymore. Instead I am curious to maybe learn. I wanna understand these things that used to upset me. I am meeting new people, I am smiling, and I make them smile. I hope this is good.

Trade I just spent yesterday, travelling to and from my house and a local games store. (Not GameStop haha!) And traded in a ton of my old consoles and games. And I have more to go! The plan? Get a PSVR2 for "Free" with all my in store credit! Can I do it??

9/11 As a person who almost could have lost someone to the attack... I am against the jokes for this day, any day. I know the US isn't very liked, at least at the moment. But people died. Loved ones were lost. It was a sad day. Iunno if it's cause I was alive that day, but please be nice today.

Haircut Went in to get my haircut today. (It got heckin' long this time...) The usual radio they have tuned to the classic top 40, is off today, and instead the single person they have on staff chose to play Synthwave on the speakers. I have to wait 30 mins, oh well! I am just jamming atm, haha!

Bzzz Flies are really annoying if they are in your house... But gosh... If they aren't the darned cutest things when they are landed. Just rubbing their tiny head and hands together. "Cleaning" themselves. Their lil mouth thingy coming out and licking stuff. Come on its cute. If only for a moment.

Nice Just because something is someone's job... Doesn't mean you can't make their day a WHOLE lot better by saying thank you. I make it a thing to tell Cashiers at the grocery "Thanks so much! Have a wonderful day!" It's amazing, the smile that just that lil saying puts on their face. Be nice.

Bluesky - X My current plan is to stop posting to Twitter by the end of the year. The problem is so many people still use it exclusively. But I do know a lot of interaction over there is fake now. To make it FEEL active. I just don't want to be on that site anymore haha.

Feels Every once in a blue moon I will feel down. And... Sometimes, I will make a post or a status mentioning moods are low. "Why do that? Are you just attention seeking?" To be honest, if a friend wants to reach out because of a status, why not? They can choose to talk to you...

Connection Something that came to mind... For me, the reason I am with Smiley, is because of the kinda person he is, not because he's male or female. But because the type of person he is really makes me love him so much. I like to think... everyone has that ability if the terms are just right.

Walk Been doing a lot more walking, hiking, and exercise recently. The goal? Get back under 200 pounds. Around 2 months ago I was at 230 pounds, and now I am about 218. So progress is happening, but I got more to go. The plus... is getting to see places like this on my walks at parks... Neat!

Pro I have been using my Quest 3 to record some quick VR Chat videos to post to the main account. Yesterday, I put on my Quest Pro, and tried to record videos with it in Standalone mode as well. I went to edit them this morning, and they were in 3 FPS. xD It's AMAZING how much faster the Q3 is!

Solar We have decided to upgrade considerably. We will shortly be getting 4 12v 100ah batteries for the solar. The old batteries could run out fridge and lights for about 16-20 hours. These new batteries should be able to do 65+ hours with No charging help. Just usable power! Almost 3 days!

Today marks the first day in probably 7 years... That my solar power system had to be taken offline. The batteries are basically shot. They can only sustain about 3 hours at the usual 50 watts of running all the house stuff. We will be purchasing Lithium batts this time. Wish us luck!

TikTok I recently have been trying to stream to Youtube, Twitch and TikTok. Out of the 3, TikTok is the one I have to moderate the most, kicking nasty comments out. Recently I keep getting "Banned" in tiktok for streaming. So I think I'm gunna stop trying there, and focus on the other two.

Monetize Just this morning, Twitch has asked me to and allowed me to enable monetization, without being affiliate or partnered. Just enable it. Which I don't wanna subject people to ads. And I don't want money from streaming. I just wanna have fun... And maybe get cookies too So no thanks Twitch.

Exercise I have been trying to do more workouts to maybe lose a lil weight. And with the help of combining it with streaming on twitch, it's been working out great! ^^ But Smiley and I wanna try and get into hiking now! ^^ So maybe changing things again could be fun! Lets goo! ^^

I have been uploading a lot of my finished videos to my google drive... and now Google photos is showing me the videos as "memories"... Which is always cool to see them pop up again. Hard to believe I've been using the Spiri for a year now.

Fridge Due to a bunch of people telling me (and properly educating me) about the garbo efficiency of my Micro peltier fridge, I upgraded to an actual mini fridge for the VR/Stream space. I hope this makes people happy, haha! The K-Cup maker is staying though. x3

Garden A lil update about the tomatoes... OH... You didn't know we were growing grape tomatoes this year? Haha, we are! About 15 plants worth! This is the very first havest, with possibly about 100 more currently on the way, with even more flowers! Lovely to go out and just pluck one and eat it!

Fame Something that friends joke about, but also something that sorta bothers me... Is being called famous or being called a popufur. Something that carries negativity to it to me, cause I was called this back in 2015, and random people would see it, and then hate me for it. I don't want that x3

Talking about NSFW posting... Bluesky is apparently Age Verifying users from the UK to see NSFW marked content. People are not happy about this. Depending on how they go about verifying, it could be an ID or Credit Card or Picture of your face. Giving a site ID stuff always sucks.

Hmm Something that happens sometimes when you are on furry socials... is you get NSFW art on your feed. Sometimes its NSFW of one of my friends. And that used to really throw me for a loop. I'd used to get upset at that. x3 'cause like... they didn't lock the door, and I walked in. x3 Continued...

Twitter I am starting to notice BlueSky is actually being more active than Twitter for "real" interactions. Twitter, I get a lot of "Likes" from random accounts. But on BS I get likes but it's from people I tend to connect with one way or another. And BS has tons more people commenting.

Streaming Speaking of streaming, I was having a few beverages with Smiley and friends last night. And the thought of streaming came to mind, but then quickly left. Drinking and streaming are probably not a thing to mix. x3 Keep it to coffee and water! Yup!

Streaming The other day, I streamed VR Chat, and for the first time in a long while I had friends join me on the stream. Which I don't usually do, cause of certain reasons of comfort. But my friends were super comforting. Snuggly and softly interacting and coming up with topics. It was so nice! <3

AI A funny thought... A lot of AI companies are now flaunting that they are "Clean", meaning they got their training data BEFORE the Internet became flooded with AI slop. So it's better. But the world is ever changing. We are always learning. But if AI stays "Clean" , it will never advance.

Listen Today has been a day of rest. But also a day of connecting. A few friends have reached out today to just... talk, and tell me about their week. Some good things, some bad things. But they just needed someone to listen. One was a lil surprise. Glad to listen. They are all awesome beans.

Rare Youtube W You might have noticed that Youtube shorts and some regular youtube videos, are just becoming AI generated voices overlayed on stock footage. Creating a really garbo feel to youtube. Youtube wants to stop this low effort slop posting by not paying users who upload this stuff.

Happy I was in my happy place today. Driving on the freeway at a solid 60, listening to synthwave and cool AC on a "feels like 90F" day. Smart car is at 33k now... Should give her an oil change soon. Maybe also figure out if I can disable that air pressure light. x3 They are all full.
