Some good thoughts on the RGP system. I personally enjoy it, and am committed to running it for the time being, but I also don't disagree with some of the points Lauri is making here.

Another great entry in the missing investigator's backgrounds, this one featuring a great rendition of my favorite G.O.O. I'm holding out hope that in the coming weeks we'll get some lore focused on Sefina, the oldest of the investigators with no published lore thus far.

My tastes moved past Elves & Dwarves decades ago but I gave @mytholder.bsky.social's "Sword Defiant" a go based on a "snarky sword" pitch from book tok. T'wadls a good story & I'm fully on board to continue the series. But I just recognized book 3 hasn't been narrated yet.

PAXU was a great time. I partnered with 3 randos for Film Fatale who were super fun people and made some great decks, met up w some Discord folks for 3 Days in the Big Easy, and found Maxine to thank her for getting me into Arkham Horror in the first place. Looking forward to next year already.
