Today is day 1 of my 75 soft challenge. The goals I’ve set will hopefully get me into better and healthier habits. 1) drink 3L water a day 2) eat protein oats every morning 3) read for 30 minutes 4) 45 minute workout/stretches 5) wash face, brush teeth, & floss before bed Here’s hoping it sticks.
