It turns out dinosaur smarties literally just means a pack of only green and brown smarties. Not sure what I expected but I’m very disappointed.

I did a body scan thingy at the gym and it says my metabolic age is 20 which I’m very pleased with! I wonder how low it goes, and whether I can get it down to the age I act 😝

I was the only one in the pool this morning, and there were 3 staff people flitting about. Eventually they set up for a family swim thing in one of the lanes and some parents/kids showed up, but until then I felt very... supervised.

The main way I’ve grown up since university is that I don’t like to eat an entire tub of ice cream at once any more Still gotta fill the freezer with ice cream and ice lollies the first sunny weekend of the year though!

I’m a sucker for clever technical stuff, and OMG Adolescence is insane It’s already *really* good as a TV show, with incredible acting and writing But also every episode is a ~50 minute one take. Insane

I had so much fun at the APL headspace event yesterday! Sometimes you just gotta hang out with the loveliest people and be silly!

Two successes today Got spanked lots! Found somewhere near me that does a salmon teriyaki as good as the place I used to live near!

It turns out you can really love going to the gym! The trick is to go on a rest day, ignore all the gym things, and spend most of your time in the spa pools bit. And the sauna. Follow me for more excellent fitness advice!

Bit of a disappointment! There’s a museum I’ve wanted to check out for ages, set in a Victorian school. I expected it’d have exhibits I find… intriguing. It turned out to be pretty much just about the area and how the school affected it. Interesting history, but not quite what I was expecting!

I’ve concluded that regretfully my watch is never ever going to forgive me for Oasis. It’s like the most grumpy disciplinarian.
