Today, the Supreme Court hears arguments in a case that could decide whether babies born in the United States are citizens. For over a century, the 14th Amendment has answered that question unambiguously, SCOTUS must uphold it.

In consecutive answers, Sauer told Gorsuch the 1940 and 1952 statutes don't codify Wong Kim Ark because they use the same words as 14A. Then he told Kavanaugh the 14A's *different* language from the 1866 CRA means the same thing. See if you can spot the inconsistency, kids!
