i've spent a lot of effort and countless hours researching and looking for different sabbath releases, live shows, bootlegs, etc, and now for the first time i'm putting the same energy but for hendrix, and i haven't even got to the bootlegs yet (kind of). why are there a million posthumous releases

listening to this, i can only wonder: why did they take so long to release something like this, assuming they were just sitting on it this whole time, and what else could they have left in the vaults? there isn't much out there that documents this period of the band and i'd love to hear more
