Ok so while I have no idea how to actually code or whatever, if you do and want to help me free my brain from this torment I feel like I could sort a lot of the other things out.

I am spending my Saturday morning on this because the brain worm is too strong. I will do my best to make the worst app mock up you have ever seen.

Annoyed that every time I bring up wanting a “letterboxd but for games” people link me to a few different places that are not that. When I say what I say I mean just that. Cursed b cause I have zero idea how to make an app.

Had another silly idea about a game where you’re a lighthouse keeper and you need to balance switching the light out to guide boats but also use it to keep away existential dread and unknown entities threatening your sanity. Sometimes I wonder what these ideas from my dreams are trying to tell me.

When you get to work with people who give concise, actionable feedback and trust you to do the work without peering over your shoulder it’s the best.

Lot of very cool video games. I would like to play them all.

Getting very interested in Pokopia and a lot of it has to do with how incredibly dumb (in a good way) the main character ditto looks.

Have a couple burrito recipes I want to test over the next week or so to see if they’re something decent to add to the cooking zine. Definitely not the norm for me but I am trying to get a few things in that while not mainstays for me could be worth it for others.

My biggest failing of the new year is being so exhausted from work during the day that the thought of reading through the PDF for Space Hunter to see what else I need for the basic game's core writing is too much.

I don’t know anything about the ancillary GoT stories and such but that first episode of the new series got me interested. I’m very much into smaller scale/lower stakes fantasy stories. Just gimme a neat little adventure. Not everything needs to be like world defining threats.
