We wanted to spend the day in the mountains of Kefalonia (Greece), but Mount Ainos was covered in clouds in the morning. So we went to look for a secret beach instead. The beautiful town of Assos 🇬🇷 We had to wait for the sun to show up to bright up the colourful houses and the sea, but it was worth it at the end 😊

On our second day in Kefalonia, we went to Myrtos Beach - the island’s most famous spot, with turquoise water and steep white cliffs. Marigolds are so easy to grow and we really like them, so this year we added some more 🧡

Most of the roses we planted last year are doing well and have shown us a lot of beautiful blooms 🌹 (which don’t attract only us but also lots of rose chafers 🪲)

We’ve been using our big water barrel to cool down during the hot summer days just like last year when we bought it. It’s so much fun! 💦
