Yesterday, our campaign announced a cross-endorsement with Crystal Prieto! Crystal’s a lifelong Longmonster, mom, and tireless advocate for working families. She shows up, does the work, and leads with heart. If you’re voting for me, I hope you’ll also vote for Crystal.

Tonight, Council ended negotiations on the Distel-Tull land swap. It’s the right call. We need local composting solutions, but not at the expense of open space or public trust. Let’s find sites that make sense for Longmont: transparent, data-driven, and rooted in community input.

Last night’s minimum wage fishbowl was eye-opening. For the first time, working people had a seat at the table. I’m committed to a phased-in Longmont living wage—done right so businesses thrive and workers live with dignity. Longmont needs champions for working families. I’m ready to be that voice.

Longmont’s working families are getting squeezed and so are our small businesses. Winchell’s hasnt been able to catch a break facing red tape and sky-high costs just to reopen their doors. This isn’t just about donuts, though, it’s about fighting for a city that works for all of us.

Longmont’s open space isn’t just beautiful — it’s protected. Or at least, it should be. I oppose the Distel land swap. If I’m elected, I’ll vote to keep open space open. #openspace #longmontforeverybody
