The local art centre and gallery where Rachel volunteers have asked if I could do a bit of garden maintenance when it’s not open to the public. “Sure” I said. “Can I do it naked?”….

Just love this bow. It was hand made for me 10 years ago but I’ve struggled to shoot it for the past 9 months or so due to injury. I’ve been building back up to it slowly, looks like the patience has paid off. 60 arrows this afternoon with no adverse effects so far.

First naked walk this year. Completely unsupported, just me, my iPhone, water bottle and a pair of shoes. Clothes and bag left at start circular walk. Best experience imho.
