I think the story of AEW PPVs this year is they always have the perfect PPV + a few matches that don't belong. You look at every show and pick out 75-85% of the matches and it's the most flawless PPV, but there's always some matches that aren't up to scratch. 🤼

I'm starting to think the match originally advertised by ESPN last week between John Sayner and Brock Lester would have been better. #WrestleSky 🤼

I understand the early part of the year the Death Riders storyline was not universally liked. However, Jon Moxley. We are 38 weeks into this year. He has had 33 matches. A lot of these are main events. Some of these are matches of the year contenders. What an insane body of work! #AEW 🤼

If there is ever an argument that AEW isn't for families. Just watch the Coffin match. Whilst they are brawling through the crowd there are 2 young kids wearing the Pink Darby hoodies. That's the thing. Kids love Darby the same way we all loved Jeff Hardy as kids. #AEW 🤼

I have a few more thoughts on Statlanders win. The only negative about the situation is the way the match came about. Stat has been telling her Death Riders story slowly on the side. Thekla and Hayter have their story. None of this involved Toni. That's the only weak point. (1/2) #AEW 🤼
