So the Ninja Creami base I made was frozen enough that I just wanted to try it out and omg this is so good! I did just a high protein vanilla ice cream and added Oreo cookies to it.

Look what arrived! Making dole whip and cookies and cream protein ice cream. Both are prepped in the freezer, will try it tomorrow during lunch. I’m excited!

Had to call my dentist office because I have a dental cleaning Monday and it’ll be 100% out of pocket because I used all of my dental insurance this year. Apparently I have a credit of $800 for the crown I paid for earlier in the year (insurance ended up paying for it later).

Tried out some brand new display port cables and the same thing is happening. If my second monitor is off though, the PC turns on just fine. So the it’s 100% because I have 2 display ports in use but I only have 1 HDMI slot and I need that for the stream pc (:

Piper loves going to daycare every Sunday when I run errands. But she knows when I usually pick her up and will just wait by the gate until she hears someone mention her name and that she’s going home.

The only fix I found online that I was able to do was to scan and make sure I have no corrupted drivers or anything. So we'll see if that helps (: This GPU has 3 display ports and 1 HDMI, so I don't have a choice but to use 2 display ports if I want to use 3 monitors.

So I think my weird PC issue may be related to the display ports. Read online that basically the power from it is leaking or something? Turned on the pc with only 1 display port plugged in and it worked. So going to try plugging my secondary monitor into the MOBO and see.

Got my lease renewal email, rent is going to increase by $50. I’ll take it. Here’s hoping this is my last year renting!

Tis the season

Simple dinner tonight. Chicken with hot honey and some homemade high protein mac and cheese.

Off work! Having dinner and then getting ready for stream. Excited to have a non KC night … but it also means it’s E-District lol.

The little screwdriver I ordered arrived today and my glasses are fixed :D I probably should order another pair (I have one somewhere), but I’m going to eye doctor in a couple of months anyways.

Dinner! Made a higher protein cottage pie with some broccoli.

My lens popped out of my glasses while getting ready for bed :( Thankfully not damaged, but ordered a kit so I can put it back in (was able to put it in enough that I can wear them). 2026 I will finally get lasik.

The new GPU did not fix the issue :( I may do a full PC reinstall this weekend to see if that fixes it. I really don't want to have to send it back, if I don't have to.

NEW GPU IS HERE! Plugged it into the PC and I think it’s fixed? Going to give it a few days of turning it off and on to confirm, but hoping it was that easy of a fix.

Just finished watching The Wrong Paris and it was super cute! 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

Made air fryer Greek chicken, rice (made with bone broth), salad (cucumbers, feta, and a homemade lemon dressing), and tzatziki. 100% making this again with some adjustments!
