Today marks one year of #parkrun for me. I've managed to do the 5k 32 times and have volunteered 13 times, usually as parkwalker or as the barcode scanner. It's a great community and I'm really glad I have one nearby.

Well I managed to run a whole half marathon this morning! Longest training run was only 10km so I wasn't sure I would make the distance. I've never done one before, so 2 hrs 12 mins is my new PB! #Running
