How do we get women products for their sanitary needs? Birth control pills? Chronic illness meds? Does ICE assure that these women are protected this way, too? I wish I could donate what I have but where would I send it?

Folks who think the #disabled don't pay taxes or want to work: what better way to keep disabled ppl from advancing in education and/or the workforce than by limiting their ability to receive a certificate from high school? Next up: we will need a HS diploma to vote. #disability🤐

Banning books. Schools determining which students are severely disabled so they can determine who can get certificate of completions from high school. Florida just keeps getting better with them, eh?

If ppl don't think that #Florida won't one day ban #disabled people from voting in the state, they are delusional. Classism + caste systems take roundabout ways to attack marginalized people every day. Banning certificates of completion in high school for severely disabled folks is a start.

So lately, I've been praying that @rbreich.bsky.social lives forever. This man is so sensible, brilliant, and on time. Who needs church when Reich is preaching every single day? Sheesh.

As a former #DC native, this week has made me pretty queasy. I grew up in the city when crack pipes were hanging in the hallways more than people were and toddlers were being scolded with hot water in the projects. You ain't seen crime in DC like I did.

Where are the DEMS again? They seem oddly silent this week. And if anyone wants to know the real problem, now we know.

I watch these platforms often but growing very concerned that these channels talk about racism and marginalization but don't hire any Black ppl to speak to these issues. This looks so out of touch to me. @meidastouch.com and @ivehaditpodcast.bsky.social. It makes me feel weird.

Am I tripping? I notice that independent media like @meidastouch.com, @ivehaditpodcast.bsky.social, + others who are popular on Youtube don't hire or feature Black commentators.

When we names these new health conditions, why aren't we associating these with #Covid? Covid causes high inflammatory markers in every system of the body, especially the pancreas and brain. Sugary foods don't help but there are plenty of us who have spiked A1-C numbers while eating healthily.

I still think #OriginalSin is one of the best books I've ever read. @jaketapper.bsky.social + Alex Thomas wrote the hell out of this book. It is not hard to understand why he waited until Biden was out of office to release it. It's like the big secret everyone knows but doesn't share publicly.

In #OriginalSin by Jake Tapper and Alex Thomas, it becomes painfully clear that Hakeem Jeffries, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and more knew for at least a year that Biden was unwell and not fit to run for re-election. I've not trusted not nary one of them since then.

I have thought for a long time that Hakeem Jeffries is not the progressive, passionate leader the Dems need. The folks behind him are laughing but there is nothing funny. The next three years in the country will be horrendous. He should be out of a job in 2026.

What this lady said. These people are standing for Jeffries like he's a college graduate. He waited until the ninth hour to pull this performative stunt. We've had months. I will not financially support DCCC or any Democratic candidate this year or next.
