I’m about to stop playing Splatoon aside from Raiders next month. The main modes are starting to feel unplayable for me outside of Salmon Run as I am starting to be more susceptible to visual noise / clutter these days and the stage design is not helping. I feel like S3 has made this issue worse.

I think I need to work with college educated people like myself and stop trying to find a wage slave job that I know won’t hire me. I’m eyeing a part-time receptionist job at my town’s hospital and I think I want to get CNA certified so I could work as a ward clerk / nurse’s aide full-time.

Tried Krita for the first time on my laptop as I am working away from home this weekend… I hate it… I’m about to switch my CSP plan to a dual device plan. I can still run most of my software on my laptop but I just can’t game with it.

Last night I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night for the first time in like two months, so I think humidity set to 8 is the way to go for me, yet I still had some apneas while on my mom’s CPAP. I still can’t wait to get a CPAP machine tailored for me.

I hate how my parents flip-flop on support. They’re fully supportive of my sleep apnea dilemma yet they still want to vote against democracy and healthcare, meaning they don’t actually support me at all. They mock my governor as “my buddy”. I can’t wait until they start crying when they lose SS.

Canceled them almost a year ago, have you done it yet?

Just put my third application in today. I think I’ll have a better shot at getting hired by DQ, since most of them are franchised locations and I explained to them about my sleep apnea and I really need to get health insurance and money. Corporations aren’t willing to hire people.

Last night I had a dream about drowning, so I don’t think the pressure set on my mom’s CPAP is enough for my airways. I might need mine to be set bit higher than 14.0 when I get my titration done.

After a couple of nights on CPAP… I can definitely feel myself being on it during dreams and my brain seems to be complying very well with it, despite me still waking up a couple of times because I don’t think 14.0 pressure is right for my airways, but the apneas are nowhere near as bad as before.

Mom decided to give me her CPAP today, apparently hers can be set around to meet my comfort needs. She apparently can’t stand it, hopefully this holds me over until I get my lab test done proper.

My local news stations just celebrated Peelon becoming a trillionaire. This is ABSOLUTELY nothing to celebrate, these stations are all run by corporate schmucks.

I set my breathing monitor to alert me whenever I have my blood oxygen go below 84%. Last night I had a 20+ minute apnea episode that made it go to 80% for about 4 minutes and got woken up by it.

I’m telling my parents about the OSA thing tomorrow, I’m half-expecting my mom to gaslight me into ignoring it and deal with worser health issues down the road. No wonder why she always has to get cardiovascular surgeries every other year.

Sorry for the rage post yesterday, I really can’t wait to move out of my parents house this year and I just can’t take any advice from them much anymore. Their boomer brains can’t understand how we younger generations are feeling. My mom will probably tell me to not get CPAP as she abandoned it.

I just had an argument with my dad about the cost of living, he is trying to gaslight me over the cost of living being higher in cities because HIS FUCKING DUMBASS PRESIDENT IS DOING IT! I can’t take living with my parents anymore, I need to move out three years ago.

Trying to get a new dayjob to keep me financially stable while also trying get myself through sleep apnea shouldn’t have to be like enrolling for Harvard. I applied for WM Tuesday and I swear I feel like I got ghosted again. Maybe I should start threatening lawsuits because I am suffering. 🤬

I hope the doctors don’t look at just the AHI graph at my sleep study. My body seems to be in emergency self-diagnostic mode now in REM sleep and refuses to let me continue sleeping until I drink some water to hydrate my throat when it senses that I’m about to have a major apnea episode.

I’m waiting to get a new dayjob that doesn’t stress me out too much because of untreated OSA and get new medical insurance. I just started working on arts for my fellow sleep apnea sufferers, both obstructive and central. Here’s a preview.

After I get this sleep apnea diagnosis, I think I’ll be able to apply for social security benefits because it’s permanent unless I get an expensive surgery. Might as well get them before the government completely defunds it in like ten years. I need all the help I can get.

First time I’ve slept more than 6 hours in week, still got woken up by my apnea several times there. I think there’s an awakening that didn’t get tracked though.

I think I might have had a bit of sleep apnea as a kid because I had moments where my blood pressure was high and I could hear my blood rushing through my body at times. I always thought I had some breathing problems, I was also in an incubator when I was born.
