I'm running for re-election as Wisconsin Attorney General.

With Tony Evers as governor, the direction of Wisconsin fundamentally changed, and folks across the state are better off as a result. Thank you to Governor Evers for his service to Wisconsin and for all the progress that his leadership has helped make possible.

It was fantastic seeing folks at the #WisDems2025 convention. While leaders in Washington are moving us in the wrong direction, Wisconsin is continuing to move in the right direction.

It’s Election Day in Wisconsin! There are important elections for a seat on the state supreme court and Superintendent of Public Instruction on the ballot.  Make sure to vote! You can find information about voting at myvote.wi.gov.

The 15th anniversary of the ACA is a good time to remind folks that my administration withdrew WI from a lawsuit that was trying to end the ACA.  Why was that needed? Because my predecessor Brad Schimel—yes, that Brad Schimel—got Wisconsin into a lawsuit to try to end the ACA.

#BREAKING Attorney General Josh Kaul joined a coalition of 20 other attorneys general in suing the Trump Administration to stop the dismantling of the Department of Education.

Attorney General Josh Kaul is calling out his predecessor, Brad Schimel. This comes ahead of the race for Wisconsin Supreme Court on April 1, when the Waukesha County Judge faces Dane County Judge Susan Crawford.
