Silverlake this am. Distant Little Stint and Curlew Sandpiper, 57 GBBGs, 2 Common Gulls, 298 Greylag, 3 Dunlin, 11 RPs and 3 Common Sandpiper plus a fall of Meadow Pipits..#DorsetBirdClub

Wet Inland WEBS count at Silverkake this morning under 🌂 with Alan Membury. Gull flock reached 775 with one ad common gull. Wood Sandpiper briefly at 0840, 11 RPs, 3 Common Sands, 1 snipe, 26 teal and 1st 3 wigeon plus the obiquitous GWE. Single whinchat and Wheatear.

Trip to RSPB Arne. Finally caught up with Forster's Tern after 8 hours today..a nice Dorset tick..and not seen by me since Somerset..assuming same bird..Thanks Roly for company this evening as the last two standing when it re-emerged and finally sat on red Post at Shipstall at 1730.
