How many have heard about this? #autism #adhd and working memory limitations.

As many who read my posts know i don't curse. It's intentional. And just a preference. Doesn't mean i don't always curse. I do. Lets be real about it. But i try and reserve it to when its really needed for example Fuck ICE Fuck fascism And Fuck that burnt potato farting around in the oval office. 🖕

This enraged me. Heard a story of a woman who is autistic and with a brain injury going for treatment Yanked by ICE thugs and offended and abused. They belittled and berated her. Called her a liar who's hiding behind excuses (my understanding). Reserving my words! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ICE hates #autism

There was a line around the pharmacy drive thru. Scared me. I thought some nasty virus broke out. But turns out it just appears to be more flu related due to all the cold we had here, i was the 8th car in line. Inside wasn't better long wait and overwhelmed pharmacy staff.

Why does it suck to be alone but its cool to have someone around? It just makes me feel insane when im sitting here talking to myself when i cloud be hanging out in the company of someone else talking to them. Do you agree? What do you think?

Working memory is already shorten by #adhd, #autism makes it worse by demanding more. So this is why people with both require more time to think and process things slower. We already have a short working memory to start with.

Often times i have to keep correcting my misspelling here. Many times i type quicker than im thinking leading me to type incorrectly. Wish #bluesky would add an edit button for us. Ill try to double check myself before posting so it makes sense going forward! Can you relate to misspelled words

If i speed slow and thought out with spaces in between i am not struggling its how my #autistic mind processes things. Working memory is limited. This requires i pause to let it refresh then continue. Know what i mean?

My crazy thought. I wish finding a relationship was just as simple as me posting a post here and chatting with single women that want to chat. Unfortunately it ain't that easy lol. My #autistic brain doesn't know how to start a relationship any other way. Its too much work to do it the other way. 👍

I hate admitting this but its reality, and i am working to try and fix. I maybe 41 years old. But parts of me have not fully caught up to my age yet. Doubt it will since time waits for no one and those parts of me aren't fast enough to catch it. My #autism struggles.

If i talk and you don't understand, sorry i am #autistic. I do try my best to communicate clearly. But fail most times. Seems clear to me but confuses everyone else. Know what I'm saying??

The US makes it hell to start a business through so many regulations and requirements and laws. It's such a headache for me to put all this together. But when i have this blueprint together and learn how to get a professional association built then i can file the papers needed. 👍

i need to find a professional association partnership with a licensed and board certified doctor to build my business. the state i live in mandates that clinical decisions only be made by such individuals and im not one. I can handle the business side but they need to handle the clinical side.

Dating with #autism is a challenge. If i am myself im ghosted. If i say i have autism i am ghosted. Then if i never admit it im lying. Its just best to remain single, too much of a pain trying to find someone that doesn't mind an autistic person. It is what it is i guess!

I know how #RobinWilliams felt. I talk about it all the time because its that void and emptiness that cannot be filled and repaired. People knew him. He had a family. He had everything.. but he felt like he had nothing. I live that feeling. I just am aware enough to not let this become my truth.👍

Last thought: a struggling mind suffers in silence. Remember that. When your ridiculed and not taken serious, or anything like that its difficult to be open. Because others just end up #hurting you more. I speak to help the silent suffers. So they don't have too. 👍 it's hard work but brings me joy 2

Some days my #mind is my #friend. Some days its my worst enemey. And thats what struggles are basically from a high level view from a person like me that lives with #mentalstruggles . It's not easy. But i keep living to show and share my story. If it helps 1 person thats a win for me! 👍

Today was a better day for your autistic friend here. Yesterday is an example of how i #struggle with my #autism some days. I shared it almost as reference so people can see what a struggling mind looks like. I suffered yesterday. But my mind was easier on me today! Thankfully! 👍

Woke up depressed, unable to shake the feeling. Even after taking my med's still feel depressed. Feel like a failure. #autism a world widely used but widely misunderstood. #autistic people are all around, but are also misunderstood. Its not one size fits all. Its a #spectrum. Neurotypical's don't get that, well most but not all. Neurotypical's must understand we are individuals too. Even being Autistic. 👍

Many times i went to a park near my place. I walked around and tried talking to people. All I get was weird looks. So i tried going to the movies. No one wants to talk there. So went to an event. Again dirty looks. How is an #autistic guy to make friends around here? I want to meet IRL not online

This is funny, i actually found talking to the void therapeutic. No! I am not insane. I hear you! Lol but i, talking into the void helps me organize and get my thoughts out. I call my bluesky and youtube accounts the void. I yell into it and wait to see if there is any response. Crazy isn't it? 😂

I lead by example or at least do my best to try too. In try to give peace a chance. I try to compromise and understand different perspectives. I try to build bridges and find solutions. And so much more. It's the least i can do to be a positive influence. 👍 authentically and genuinely.

My mental status is very bad... and i thought 2026 would be better #shame. 😔 im just tired. Tired of everything. Last night i almost clicked delete on every single social i have and disappear from the net completely. I'm done. I need silence. And not care about anything. Just rest.

Im dieting... it has me depressed 😔 and in a bad mood. 🤬 All i can think about is sugar.. sweets. And i don't have any... and food delivery is offline due to weather. And its pure ice outside so i cannot go get it either. Perfect for the diet... hell for my mind #diet sucks #sugar is a drug

Thoughts of an #Autistic man: What happened to the friendly world i use to live? Why was i thrusted into this unknown world? What can i do to help? How can i get my world back? This is makes me both angry and sad and leaves me feeling hopeless and powerless. 😔 i hate what i see.

On last thought: there are 7 (maybe 8) elected democrats in congress who are just democrats in name only. Because they funded all this mess. They sided with republicans and gave up the last lever dem's had to at minimum slow the republicans down. Because of them everything gets authorized now. Shame

If i was governor of Minnesota, i would of called the national guard and by force ordered them to drag out the thugs from the state. I would of joined all local state authorities as one and used them to keep the thugs out! I'd order then to not stand down to no one. And fight all of them. My 2 cents

My thought and opinion: The fish rots from the head. This applies in many things. The leader of the thugs (so called agents) is a C**T. The worst infection known to human kind. When she was hired her whole team was infected and it's why they all rotted with her. Cure the infection and team too.👍

It's not snow. It's ice. It's been going back and forth between sleet and freezing rain. I wasn't kidding in my last post when i said its coming.

I've taken the attitude of not caring anymore. This is a shelter to my own sanity. There is nothing i can do as one single person that will influence and change millions of minds. I will be nearly fully ignored. As such, to save myself its better i just stop caring if my voice has no power. 🤷‍♂️

🔴Wow! Grocery stores hear are out of stock. I went to one and all battled water sold out. Chips sold out. Perishables mostly all sold out. Bread sold out. Most shelves cleared. Went to 2 others and it was the same thing. Went to a gas station and was told they are waiting a truck. Come back later.🤦‍♂️
