I ran a successful start here. It was productive and gained me a decent following here. For my own mental health im going to be taking a little break. I have a move and a birthday coming up and figured i wanted sometime privately to myself to enjoy a new place and my birthday too. Be back soon! 👍😁

If your #autistic do you deal with rejection sensitivity? I do. It's difficult to process. But for me i try always reminding myself it isn't personal. It's just a fact of life. We well be rejected sometime. And the best thing i do is close that door and move on. Not easy, but also not impossible. 👍

Going into next year i have a new rule for myself... and it's simply to work on always staying positive. I blueprinted a whole navigation map for myself to help myself achieve this goal. I have my birthday coming up soon. (12/31) Not looking forward to being older lol. But i do like getting wiser! 👍

Did you know? The UK see's #autism as a natural difference in the way of thinking whereas here in the US professionals treat Autism as a medical disorder? This is all at least per what i read. I personally had no idea. But love learning these things. 👍

Generally speaking, is violence the answer for anything? At least i don't think so. There is always a non violent alternative. So if your #autistic and someone successfully gets under your skin will you get violent? I don't. If i feel amped, i walk and focus on literally anything else. 👍

I woke up with a sneeze attack this morning. Allergies suck! Sneezed 6 times in a row. Im too old for that lol. That hurt. But im better though. I just had a tickle in my nose.

I see her, i want to say something, but i say nothing. I put my head down and walk off sad, and she never knew i existed. This here is what happens when I'm convinced it won't work and it's not worth it. Might as well just leave it alone and move on. Not finding out if the feeling was mutual. #love

One more peace of advice for #autistic high schoolers. I've been in your shoes and i made it just fine so im sure you can too. 😊 It's a given you may encounter bullies. Remember you have multiple different ways to handle them without violence. Don't forget your own self-worth! You got this! 💪👍

To those #autistic folks in high school: remember to be your own ally. Don't be too hard on yourself. As long as your doing your best it's really all that matters. Remember. Use your words to get clarification. If you misunderstand something, ask about it. It's ok to ask. Things will be alright! 👍

Little update: I'm suffering. I deal with anemia. And lately it's been acting up along with the fact that its very cold, makes me shiver so much. And it can be at times difficult to breathe too. Not saying this to concern. Just saying this to share. Anemia sucks! But ill be alright! 😁 goodnight!

I see alot of high schoolers on #bluesky talking about their #autism . Advice.. learn to navigate your environment. Find resources and tools to help. It does not get easier. But getting help and knowing you're not alone makes your journey easier! I've been in your shoes and im proof it works. 😁👍

I hate repeating this (sorry to those reading but it has to be said).... vaccines do NOT cause autism. The reason for never ending repetition is so it's never forgotten and hopefully it sticks. And to combat the misinformation that says otherwise. The truth should always be repeated.

I believe all confusion surrounding #autism is due to our broken health system and the lack of more standardization. If everyone that needed help got it and we all had similar treatment, i believe there would be more accuracy and less confusion. Just my two cents on the topic.

Goodmorning! I have not made much progress on my book word count went from 870 words to 1001. But easy does it. Some days the words come easier and other days not as much. It's about feeling inspired too. If im not inspired it's harder to write. But again "easy does it" 👍

IT used to be a prestigious field. Today it's saturated by millions actively destroying an industry i once loved and was proud of. 😔 Me and several who worked with me fought in the past, fought this head on in protests. We predicted this. But it fell on death ears. And we where booted out for it.

Mega monster AI data centers is not something needed or asked for. Consequence's from this: 1. Prices have already started increasing on energy and will definitely only accelerate in the near future. 2. Accessible computer parts will no longer be available And so much more. Worst is on the way!
