It’s human and okay to feel scared and anxious as a reaction to what is going on. But, don’t let events lead the pace of your life. What you believe and feel and how you behave shapes your reality, so choose accordingly. Express your feelings and then regain control. #stillhopeful

If you can, believe in what your eyes cannot see. Trust your hope more than the news. If you cannot do that, that’s ok too. People like me will be holding the torch for you. But if you think you can, hold onto hope for a few days longer, maybe a week.
