Our last stop was the historic Riverview Cemetery. Once the Cook Graveyard, it's the final resting place for two governors and a U.S. senator, and features unique 19th-century tombstones. We enjoyed pizza at Ohio River Islands National Wildlife Refuge (Buckley Mainland) in Williamstown, WV! We explored the Birds and Butterflies trail, dedicated to pollinators. Just visited a gift shop that sparked memories of Fenton Art Glass, a US leader in handmade colored glass since 1905! My bunny, Fenton, is even named after them. Though glassmaking ceased in 2011, its legacy lives on, with a museum and incredible history. #fentonglass #teddythebunny

Bonding bunnies can be unpredictable! Some click instantly, others take over a year. Felix & Flopsy defied all expectations! When Felix had a meltdown,we got him cozy in bed. Visited O’Hurley’s General Store in Shepherdstown, WV! With my last name, I had to stop by. Loved the old hardware store feel, handmade local items, and historic goods like oil lamps and colonial clothing. On the Shepherd University campus, there was a cute 1920s playhouse for kids. It is known as the Florence Shaw Demonstration Cottage, and is in Dutch Colonial style with child-sized furniture. A matching barn is nearby.  #Playhouse #Shepherdstown #History
