美術展で数時間ほど過ごしたのだが、やはり人間の描いた絵というのは素晴らしいなと思った。絵とは、誰かが世界をちゃんと見たという証拠であり、日々を適当に生きてしょうもないものばかり見て時間とエネルギーを無駄にして大抵の美を見逃して死んでいく悲しき存在である私たちは、世界を見ることに基本的に失敗している私たちは、絵を見ることで、誰かが世界を見ることに成功した証拠を見ることで、元気づけられるのだ。私たちもくだらんものばかり見てないで、広告に惑わされてないで、死ぬ前にもっとたくさんの美に触れよう、世界に美を見出そうと励まされるのだ。それが絵の核心であり、結果だけ機械にポンと出してもらっても仕方ないのだ。

Tried to draw an icon for a friend’s birthday.

Just translated (translate!) a friend’s OCs into Pokémon trainers. Even though the friend is not a Pokémon fan, whatever, it’s just I want to draw some Pokémon trainers. (And Pokémon of course.)
