AI LIMIT has been beaten! I got the bad ending, but I thought the game was bad so we're even. A 2/5 game at best. The story falls apart, and too many bosses with cheating (360 tracking, seeming input reading, giant AOEs you'll never avoid if you had any attack in progress when they started it).

To the devs of AI Limit, I have to say - you need better balance, especially with bosses. Either they are easily parried or they are given massive cheats to make them difficult, such as 'Hunter of Bladers' with the 180° tracking moves, and multi-move combos that don't allow for ANY action. Not fun.

UPDATE: I've decided to change games for today's stream. We're going to return to Wuchang: Fallen Feathers both today and tomorrow. I'm worried that both Wuchang and AI Limit will take a few months if I don't put more time into them. I will put Half-Life 2 into impromptu streams.

I hate that each time I return to making art after an unplanned multi-year break, I find myself increasingly afraid of getting started. I’ve spent the last two weeks unable to get out of my own head enough to put paint to support even as ideas are flowing freer than ever. Stop it, brain!!!

Of all the changes I’ve been making since being diagnosed as pre-diabetic, I think what I miss most is my homemade brown sugar and maple syrup oatmeal in the mornings. I know a bit occasionally won’t hurt me but for the moment I’m trying to wean myself off sugar-added foods.

Well, that was a fun, short stream (80 mins?). I look forward to the next! I wasn’t going to stream as it was 84f in the office but I felt a need to do a little more Half-Life 2. Thanks to everyone who joined me. Some of you even got a peek at one of the things to come as a special treat!

While I try to figure out ways to increase reach on the GFM (It’s about 2/3 to the most important goal of paying rent!), I’m using free software to work on a new project. Here’s a hint of what’s to come!

Today's dinner - tortilla Korean BBQ chicken pizza with mushrooms and roasted red pepper! I think this is the last day I can stretch out using these fresh mushrooms and peppers. It's been two weeks. All-in-all a good value though as I'd estimate the cost of making this around $1.25!

I've finally gotten enough sleep to feel like a human being again. The problem is: I'm a Lynxian! Being a cat man means there's never enough sleep! I'll cat nap later though - right now there's work to do! Art awaits!

I'm a big omelet guy. Just made myself this four egg omelet with fresh spinach, mushrooms, roasted red bell pepper, onions, ham and cheese. Yummy and pre-diabetes friendly!

Even if I were feeling better, something out of left field has come up that has to be dealt with today so I’m cancelling. I have diagnostic imaging all day Wednesday so will be tired but I’m still going to try my best to stream. I’m getting so discouraged I’m starting to think of giving up.
