How to observe the 🤡show without: burying our heads in the sand, blood pressure rising that it affects health badly, and closing off our heart to the suffering of others? It’s a freaking tight rope if you ask me. And yet, hope rises within- how?

If we soften our eyes and open our ears, what vision expands the heart?

Spontaneous prayers always feel like they get to the root issue of the heart- meaningful and significant. And, they also feel amorphous. Like a mime contorting to express their inner world.
