Sir Pentious didn’t have time to release Emily from the straitjacket, so he got her out of the containment cell while she was still bound. He managed to escape with her to the Hazbin Hotel where Angel, Cherri, Susie, and Husk helped unbound Emily.

Emily had been kidnapped by some enemies of Sir Pentious. (Possibly Black Hat and Torment.) They put her in a straitjacket and threw her into a containment cell. Her wings are tucked in the straitjacket. Then her lover Sir Pentious managed to find her and came to her rescue.

Emily is introducing Sir Pentious to her sister figure, Sera. Looks like Sera’s not too trusting of Sir Pentious. Hopefully she’ll grow to liking him once she sees that he is genuinely a good person who will treat Emily like a princess.
