One Battle After Another received an A CinemaScore! WERE BACK BABY!

People on Reddit kept saying WOM would be dead on this because of none of the characters being “likable”. As if people have forgotten that most of the best TV shows and movies have unlikable characters.

One Battle After Another score available to listen to got me like:

PTA has done it again with #OneBattleAfterAnother. Grips you the moment the movie starts and keeps you on the edge of your seat through the end. Jonny Greenwood’s score in IMAX was *chef’s kiss*. All the performances are great especially DiCaprio, Penn, Taylor, and Infiniti. GO SEE THIS IN THEATERS!

Seeing One Battle After Another three times this weekend. Not sorry about it.

I went to the Apollo 13 re-release and yes it’s still a masterpiece. Even if Mel Gibson’s controversies didn’t exist, I would still say Ron Howard should’ve won best director for this and the fact that he wasn’t even nominated is a crime in film history.

Given it wasn’t available in some markets and the number of people that likely don’t have linear network TV at all anymore these numbers are actually great!

Sinclair really thought they were sending a message by not airing Kimmel when YouTube exists. They also are massive hypocrites because they said they would air a memorial for Kirk in Kimmel’s slot yet they didn’t. But Kimmel is disrespectful how…?

WGA Statement on ABC’s Decision to Pull Jimmy Kimmel Live!

The union representing the musicians from Jimmy Kimmel’s band releases a statement calling the FCC’s pressure on Disney “state censorship.”

While I have not seen One Battle After Another yet…the consensus has seemed to be it’s a film we need now more than ever right now. So do yourself a favor and see it in theaters next week!
