P2 are loving learning about castles. Today we learned all about knights. We designed our own shields just like the knights used in battles to protect themselves. We know that each design was different so that they knew where they belonged. 🛡️

P2 have had a busy day! Fishing out our red words, playing Snake to practise our mental maths skills, learning how to divide numbers and planning our model castles. It’s been fab!

P2 drew and painted a King and Queen for our castle. We had to mix colours together to get the colours we wanted. 🏰 👑

Primary 1 enjoyed exploring odd and even numbers today. We read ‘Even Steven and Odd Todd’ and hopped on the Odd and Even Bus to discover which numbers could pair up. 🔢 🚌

This little storyteller couldn’t wait to share his exciting adventure with me! He created his own story map and used it to help him tell his story. 📖 It’s great to see literacy skills being transferred in play. I’m so proud of you C! ⭐️
