Took my allergy meds yesterday for the first time in a couple of weeks and omg I'm so exhausted. Usually, I take them daily (because otherwise I suffer daily lol) but my allergies are really mild this year. Only the med's side effect hit so much harder now. Tbh not sure what's worse 🥴

Always thought arthritis would be worse in winter but for me it's actually way more painful in summer. Especially the metal plate. Really uncomfortable at the moment. And most noticeable at night (as all medical issues seemingly are). Idk just sucks I guess.
