The New Beginning One thing ends, another one begins... Here's the "lil" thing I've been working on for the past year. A nearly 15 minute long animation. For more, please read the disclaimer. It has some important stuff.

I only used one monitor instead of my usual two to see if it helped mitigate the heat. It did not help. But it did make me work without less distractions, so that was an unintended benefit.

Time to do as much work as I can before my work room becomes 100f later 🫠

Also, YouTube is suggesting me ideas for expansion videos... with thumbnails I didn't even type anything!

In hindsight, having to delete my YT videos was a blessing. A lot of my Shorts had content that could have gotten me in trouble (lactation stains, heavy boob jiggling, etc), so having to reupload them gave me a chance to edit those things out.

If drawing one obscure mature lady character wasn't enough, I also drew another obscure one—Nakaima Makoto from the manga Rakujitsu no Pathos. Who? That's what everyone else said... I tried a black & white style. Next time, I'll add brush strokes, this looks too clean. Welp

Drawing isn't fun for me. It's a means to an end, that's all. The idea that drawing should be fun is stopping a lot of people drawing. Instead, think of it as a necessary evil to achieve something. Achievements like kicky belly tums, or bouncing booba. Then it all becomes worth it. IMO.

Waiting for video to export at 4k leaves me with time to do other things, like learn Mastodon songs on guitar. Brent Hind's parts sure aren't easy to play...

Experimented with adding Rive gifs to my HTML5 animation projects, and it works! ...Except the HTML5 file sizes are like 115mb. And that's just with two gifs. So...are you okay with HTML5 files that are potentially 1gb or more?
