The pizza dough recipe I used listed incorrect ingredient quantities, so instead of a "wet" dough, I got liquid dough. Literally impossible to knead. Had to spread it with a spatula. Yet...it came out tasty. Very squishy, NY style pizza. It's true what they say: it's really hard to mess up a pizza

Xenosaga is a very interesting game, although I'm glad I'm not playing it on OG hardware (the battle animations are sooooo long...) Now I kinda want to give certain characters the tum treatment 😈

There are a lot of ideas I've used only once, and that seems like a shame. I should be less afraid to revisit old ideas and either do a new twist on them or simply use them again. Maybe that could be the theme of 2027...

This year, my goal is to make excellent if not perfect gluten free pizza. This is my first attempt, and despite making mistakes, it was still okay. (I did cook it a bit more after this pic to get the cheese golden) I'll keep working on it and perfect it for sure 😋
