Duck duck viaduct! Crashed the RAGBRAI party in Oelwein. The shuttle driver also has a duck named Philip! Except his quacks more and hangs out with chickens.

Vacation is most definitely a state of mind.

While Elon was talking about middle America yesterday, I went there.

Went to Winterset City park in Iowa today. Top notch, including a campground and 2 playgrounds, one being an All Play. The town square around the ornate courthouse actually looked like it had some active shopping and eating options. Unfortunately for me, the shops were closed for Memorial Day.

Taking a trip from Omaha to Lake Michigan, and going to the American Gothic house only adds 90 minutes.
