After a month of trying to dedicate myself to a calorie deficit and intense fitness. Heres the results Day 1 - 274.6lbs Day 31 - 261.6lbs 13 pounds lost in 4 weeks! Learned a TON about my limits, the importance of rest days, the pros and cons of a calorie deficit and just general healthy eating.

As someone who has watched maybe like 5 episodes of the original He-man I went into this with no real attachment or knowledge of the universe. After finishing it I want to build a time machine and go back to the 80s and grow up with this show because it was SO GOOD. (1/2)

Made tofu for the first time tonight! Very basic just so I know how I like it. Right we have in the oven (10/10 Super crispy) Top we have pan fried (8/10 Little squishy but still good!) and bottom is air fryer (2/10 worst flavor and texture)

Back in 2016 I weighed 305lbs. By 2017 I lost 65 pounds and weighed 240lbs. Was able to maintain that weight up until 2020 but due to lock down and having a more sedentary life I gained a ton of weight bringing me back up to 286lbs. 3 months in and I’ve lost 22 pounds!

Just finished watching Suzume! 2 hours of absolutely gorgeous animation. Really loved all the little vignettes leading up to the midway point but the overarching story had some odd plot points that felt a bit forced to create controversy but worth a watch for sure! 7.5/10

Day 4 is completed! Had a heavy focus on my upper body as my legs were still sore. Surprisingly was able to do everything on this list! Well the push-ups i still need to work on but everything else! Not convinced is the watch is the best for recording my fitness but just for continuity sake!

Just wrapped up Carmen Sandiego (2021) and I loved every minute of it! I always get sad when I finish a show because I get so attached to all the characters after watching so many episodes! Definitely a sleeper hit for anyone looking for a stylish Robin Hood type story. 10/10
