Made my enchiladas. I put brown gravy powder into Las Palmas enchilada sauce. It takes the edge off, and gives it a thick, earthy flavor that I like. Don’t use corporate sauce or it will end up tasting like fast food. I’m not the greatest cook, but these always turn out nice for me.
