Our higher health and food technology class were working collaboratively to explore packaging materials for both the consumer and the manufacturer using critical thinking to explore the impact on the consumer, manufacturer and the environment 👏

Our food product development unit has allowed our S2 learners to show Faith in their designs to work creatively on their prototypes, with some very innovative designs after exploring current food trends.

Pop along to our Christmas Fayre tonight for some home baked delights from our Barista class, including brownies, cupcakes and beautifully decorated traditional fruit cakes (6pm-8pm). Barista will also be services tangle of hot and cold drinks 🎄🎄

S2 working collaboratively to complete their current dietary advice starter task, recalling their prior knowledge and making judgments to complete the task to link into this weeks goal 🙌
