The scare quotes around "pastor" coming from the administration that is supposed to be pushing against anti-Christian bias is something.

DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin has responded to the video of the pastor, David Black, who was shot in the head with a pepper ball. Really important detail is that the pastor was standing in a parking spot and not blocking the driveway of the facility, which is to the right of the parking spot.
