Father said nothing as he waited for the dawn. His eyes flickered between the signature red of the homunculi, and the gold of his feigned humanity. The rage tightened his chest with every shift as his hands shook. But he was stable.

"A simple discussion, that's all; however, you're free to leave. I am not interested in experiments." This time. With that and a snap of his fingers the bed became plush with pillows and a blanket to match as he left. Whether or not Majora stayed was irrelevant; he'd learn what happened somehow.

... Just stares. What? No matter this worked in his favor. "Good. We will talk in the morning. We have much to discuss, don't we?" Despite sounding pleasant enough, there was an odd black and red lightening that sparks off him as he goes to leave the room.

Slowly the Homunculus began to stir from the solid rock that now had the shape of his body. He was covered in sticky gunk, he felt dazed and a bit disoriented. Father blinked owlishly trying to figure out where he was and what happened as his head throbbed. How long had he been out?

Father frowned, worry painfully visible on his face as for the briefest of moments as he watched Envy leave; he knew there was no point in trying to reason with him at this point in time. Picking up the cat, he gently set it down as he went to dig for another book. Now all he could do was wait.

Father listened intently, and for once, he didn't look bored or show emotion to some degree of extreme. He was actually listening. "That is how I tend to view them. With Envy I do not think he knows who he is outside of the core that I gave him... The others seem to fair a little better."
