This is the convective storm outlook for today. Strong thunderstorms with hail and strong to marginally severe gusts are possible today across parts of southern and central Arizona into far southwestern New Mexico. There recently has been reports of large hail in parts of Phoenix.

It looks like starting Monday our weather will start being the cool and rainy Pacific Northwest weather that I love.

This is the convective storm outlook for today. Severe thunderstorms should occur from parts of the southern Plains to the Mid-South. The greatest severe risk, including the potential for a few tornadoes, should exist from parts of eastern Oklahoma into western Arkansas and vicinity.
