As for the other big name move by the Dolphins today, Bradley Chubb's play really fell off this year. My projections had him playing towards a $15 million per year at the end of the season. He was slated to have a ~$31 million cap hit the next two seasons.

I'm interested to see what kind of market there is for Tyreek Hill. It felt hard to evaluate him with the type of quarterback play he was getting. Add in that he's 32 and coming off a major injury and valuing him is tough. How much do you think he's worth?

The Seahawks finished at the top of my model’s rankings by a full point over the Rams. Those two are clear the next best tier of teams by two full points. The Super Bowl was the NFC Championship game.

Biggest key for this game is the Rams offense on early downs. They’re incredible on early downs while the Seahawks are incredible on third and medium or longer. If the Rams can get into third and short, they’ll find success.

Field goal is probably the right call there. I’m not sure how the weather affects things…that’s a hard problem to quantify! But the message is that taking the points is never a guarantee.
