Ooof didn’t expect first university assignments results day to bring up so many emotions. All the fear of judgment and manufactured competitiveness of formal education triggers hit me at once. I’m ok, results were ok, but wowee I was not expecting today to be so emotional.

Writing useful feedback isn’t difficult, but it takes time (15-20 mins per candidate). Why bother? - giving non specific feedback gives candidates a poor impression of your org / you, and they may skip over future opps - we have an opportunity to help good people who aren’t yet good at interviewing

Spent an entire afternoon yesterday writing up interview feedback for a recent campaign. Because candidates who’ve taken the time to write an application and prepare for an interview deserve personalised and actionable feedback.
