#cheesecake day. I need more ovens. Taking cheesecakes out too warm makes them crack. These were caramel swirls, dark chocolat, white choc and salted caram swirl and lemon curd swirl. The lemon got a white choc ganache. The others got semi sweet chocolate ganaches. Cakes today. #baking.
