A few days ago I shared a first glimpse of the new project I’m working on together with a fellow designer. pagepunk – the interactive Print & Play platform, which lets you configure your very own games before printing them. This will be another of my titles for the platform.

While visiting my parents this week, we went to a live-action museum, if you will, that lets you enter and explore old buildings in a village. I took the opportunity for another card shot, as the textures and lighting in that old farmhouse were just so stunning. Hope you like "Coin Cough"!

Yesterday, we went to Bückeburg, a small but super lovely nearby town, to just stroll through the medieval scenery in the great weather. We also stopped by the overly bling-bling castle of Bamduil… what a show-off! ;-) I’ll keep you posted with more Rotation Rumble updates soon!

Today I printed and cut new prototypes for a very interesting project I'm working on with fellow designers. It's called Pagepunk, and it's going to be an interactive Print & Play platform that lets you configure your own dynamic PnP games online before printing them.

Hello there! Rotation Rumble is on its way to you... (Just kidding ... not quite yet! 😉) I just thought it’d be a fun opportunity to show how small and portable it is while I was on the plane returning from my business trip to the Isle of Man.

Hello there fellow Rumblers, it’s unbelievable, but we did it! We’ve reached $10,000 and unlocked another stretch goal! To celebrate the amazing indie card game scene I’ve explored over the years, we're unlocking and gifting you all another full RR deck, each character from a fellow indie game.

The first two stretch goals have already been crushed! Every backer of a physical deck will now receive the awesome One Card Maze Tracer captain card, as well as the Oozefinger Disease Deck. This includes 11 unique cards in a quirky medieval style and is fully playable! THANKS SO MUCH!

While preparing for the Rotation Rumble KS launch in January, I’m already working loosely on the next set. This set aims to add more layers of decision-making & deeper gameplay, inspired by the great feedback I’ve received. Please excuse my drawing skills in my defense, the cards are super tiny!

Tonight, the first snow fell, and I reflected on how red-iculously long ago the summer holidays now seem. Feeling a bit blue, I’m thinking about stumbling from izakaya to izakaya in the sultry, glowing heat of Kyoto this summer. Anyway... more time for indoor card games. Chochin would agree! :-)
