Guild Wars 2 and 3 - what we know now ANet said, that they will keep developing new content for GW2, after the release of GW3. In preparation of the release they will return the hall of monuments. Which is a way to register accomplishments and acquisitions that you got in GW2 to get rewards in GW3.

Guild Wars 3 - What we know. It will be an MMO. It will start in Orr before it sank into the ocean, 1000 years before Guild Wars 1. The trailer indicates that Unreal Engine 5 is used. There will be mounts. The fighting system will be new. A Beta will happen in autumn 2027.

Guild Wars 2 - Apologies (1/2) A week ago I accused new players of bad behaviour. I was at least partly wrong. In the last days I saw several experienced players (400+ hero points) killing the treasure mushrooms in Dragons Stand as fast as possible. So it seems that trolls have found the map.

Guild Wars 2 - Karma Farming For those who lack Karma, here is an efficient way to farm it. Go to Thunderhead Peaks, buy karmic retribution (all you can get) from volatile magic vendors, and do the metas on that map. Alternatively you can buy it in Sandswept isles, and do the pre of the lab event.

Guild Wars 2 Just had a very interesting discussion about the amount of gold, that you can get doing the Meta in Dragons Stand. He argued, that its much more than the estimated 30 - 40 gold. There are the 36 pods, the boss chest, 6 (?) Minibosses, the pods around those bosses and 3 TMs. Hmmm maybe.

Guild Wars 2 - VoE MUCH bester than Janthir Wilds and Secrets of the Obscure! I took a few days to just play VoE, and my first impressions are: Its better in simply any aspect. (Continuation below)

There seems to be less effort than thought crafting the new legendaries. There is a combination of staff and spear, and the aquabreather seams to involve all three types of armour. Two legendaries are not announced yet, but I guess they too will be combining land and underwater weapons.

Guild Wars 2 I shared my Observation about full low level maps here a few weeks ago. Today I'd like to tell you another one. Dragons Stand was usually not very crowded the last years. But that has completely changed in the last days.The map is nearly full, 50%+ have to be rezzed after reset.

Guild Wars 2- Recommendations Currently the expansions are very cheap. I recommended to buy Living World Season 4 and HoT. HoT gives you many important recipees, the mats for the best condi damage weapons and armour, and meta events that are crowded, rewarding and fun.

Guild Wars 2 - VoE: Preparations (pt 1) For sure the most important thing to do before VoE is released, is getting Hero Points. In the past 250 was enough to completely unlock a new Elite Spec. I recommend you do it in PoF or EoD, HoT is less easy, and some can't be soloed.
