Grateful to Sandra Mirabelli for leading #TDSB educators through microsessions on explicit vocabulary instruction in the content areas. We unpacked and clustered curriculum expectations, explored the research, and tried out rich and engaging activities to support student achievement in literacy.

Really enjoyed our last TDSB Literacy Lead Network meeting! We explored leadership moves, learned about inquiry-based learning, led a classroom idea exchange, & participated in a design sprint to support educators across the system with curriculum and strengthening instructional practices.
