Due to circumstances beyond our control, all MCUK accounts on Bluesky are paused until further notice. Note that the accounts will not be staffed during the downtime.

Our feeds are resuming normal service following this morning's disruption. DDoS attacks on parts of the Mastodon network were making the service largely unreachable.

Welcome to a few new MCUK / UKCG accounts added over the weekend. Including the "2019" research accounts. These new accounts will be trialling alternative AT protocol services such as Eurosky, Blacksky (including "myatproto.social") and Northsky. Also various different Mastodon instances.

Also welcome to MCUK, a new feed brought to you by MCUK admins covering material that doesn't fit well within our existing feed categories. They will also be bring more technical and commercial news and following developments with social media platforms.
