Fibromyalgia is still bad coz it's 60 at night (I love it and only have my shirt on since I'm always hot but it's still "cold" so my body is responding by exacerbating the flare up) and then it's saying it's 87 deg humidity atm. Since barometric pressure affects my fibromyalgia-- I now have nausea.

Since fibromyalgia messed up how my body regulates heat, I can only tell it's actually colder when my flare ups happen like right now. I got pains but I feel comfy and have the fan on and I'm always running warm. But it's actually 62 degrees 😭
