Despite being in the US, I use metric everywhere. Most of my friends know by now if they ask me the weather I'll say something like "it's 25° now but 16° tonight, so I'll get a jacket". I recently asked my gf for the weather, she says "it's about 290". I can't even be mad she one-upped me.
