This is great advice! I think a lot of people struggle to overcome their cringe aversion but sometimes committing for a few mins is all you need. Drool out of your paci. Play with your toes in the air while on your back. Babble a little. Smile and try to have fun. It becomes more natural.

Regression advice from my little guy! The Wiggles are great for getting him into infant headspace and dissipating those silly big-boy thoughts.
