The winter Olympics is great tele. The commentators in all the sports are so good (BBC) but the two fellas who do the snowboarding are superb. I know nothing of snowboarding, but their enthusiasm is infectious. Top class.

I have just watched Where Eagles Dare on the BBC iplayer. I've seen this film so many times it's ridiculous. The plan to root out a double agent has Cybermen levels of complexity that is baffling and incredible at the same time.

Watched The Sea Devils @benjamincook.bsky.social edit last night. Really enjoyed it - it fairly zipped along. The biggest compliment I can give is that I didn't really notice what was missing. The music was terrific. Jon Pertwee looks like he really enjoyed this one.

I have just listened to the soundtrack to Blade Runner by Vangelis for the 2,019th time. Its such a work of genius. There's always talk of music holy grails - mine would be for the complete soundtrack, cues and all, to get an official release.
