I have written another fanfic in the time since the site went down. Don't let me keep doing this, I need release, let me post DX I don't want to make it three fics I have to write summaries and authors notes for all at once, have mercy!

Night thirty: 52,123 words with 3,063 words written just tonight in about ninety minutes. The novel is still not actually done but now we rest as we do every year. This one was hard, I won't lie, but I do feel in the end pretty good with what I did. I'm proud of myself #NovelEmber

Night twenty-nine: No Google, i am not suicidal. I just want to know what is the strongest sedative I can give a human without them dying from it. Jeez. #NovelEmber

Night twenty-eight: I live. It took forever but I'm getting there. Almost done....almost done....also I made lore for electrokinetics in my story, weeeeee #NovelEmber

Night twenty-five: Welp Luka has been revealed and Tsuki is panicking, not because of the truth but because everything she's been bottling up now has a convenient way out: by getting angry at him for lying #NovelEmber

Night twenty-five: Uh oh, Luka's secret is out and Tsuki gets to see the first of the Corrupted. And it's not a pretty sight what happens to a god that didn't get to die when they should have.... #NovelEmber

Night twenty-four: Down we go, into the depths of a lab built long ago. And into a confrontation that will ultimately shake a friendship and leave our girl without an easy ally by her side #NovelEmber

Night twenty-three: My cat has a medical issue this morning and I ended up so freaked out that I have a headache from it all. I managed to get writing done to a smaller degree but it was really rough and I'm keeping an eye on her #NovelEmber

Night twenty-two: We're getting back to investigating, boys and girls. Next stop: the underground secret lab where an ancient and extremely deadly disease is hiding. And a reveal that will shake my MC to her core.... #NovelEmber

Night twenty: Made it to twenty! And the reveal about one of the magical species in the city is now happening; I get to write about my lore, yay!~ #NovelEmber

Night nineteen: yay the disabled boy is also fine. And Natsumi is about to be grilled #NovelEmber

Night eighteen: This scene is a lot longer than it was last time but we got the transboy out of the rubble and he's....okay he's not fine BUT he's breathing. And his fire breathing girlfriend has him so no one will be able to hurt him #NovelEmber

Night seventeen: So fun fact, when I am in the right mindset I can write about 2000 words in forty minutes. Which I just did. This scene is super heavy and is a big point of guilt for my mc for future installments. It also has a high property damage, death and injury cost. #NovelEmber

Night sixteen: Welp looks like the case is over because the boy confessed. And obviously in a world of magic where mind control has been shown before, that couldn't possibly be a red herring.... #NovelEmber

25506 words, fixed it. Remind me never to skimp on writing again; it is hell trying to make it up in a reasonable amount of time. Luckily I am weirdly prolific when it comes to writing a fuckton, especially when I am behind (it's happened before) #NovelEmber

Night fifteen: Welp I'm one thousand words behind sooooo guess whose staying up past midnight? This bitch! But we're almost to a confrontation with a mysterious and very dangerous person and once I get there I should get a boost of inspiration #NovelEmber

Night fourteen: Was out late so I didn't get to write nearly as much as usual. But luckily I had a stockpile of extra words so I should still be on track. Tonight though we climb trees to escape our dorms. #NovelEmber

Night thirteen: hehehe thirteen. Anyway the trio has a plan to sneak out like bad children so they can go talk to some other bad kids. But honestly the more I write and think, the more messed up I realize I made some things. Yay!~ #NovelEmber

Night twelve: Despite a very persistent cough I managed 1400 words in less than an hour which is more like me. And more lore is being dropped about the city, school and the mysteries of the former, setting the stage for a certain future installment. #NovelEmber

Night eleven: The study of explosives is called, uncreatively, explosive engineering. And any seven year old who uses that to punish another kid is not stable enough to be allowed out in public. #NovelEmber

Night nine and ten: I forgot to update here yesterday but I'm still writing every night. I've implied a transgender character (though the stupidity of an insensitive moron) and I'm finally getting to the point of introducing a sacrificial lamb. Poor boy #NovelEmber

Night Eight: Technically wrote a liiiiiittle over but I was busy having one character help another through an anxiety attack using the 5-4-3-2-1 method. Yeah, probably not a good idea to bring up their past trauma #NovelEmber

Night seven: 11244 words so far, not bad. I had a really rough day (my cat scared the daylights out of me by getting out of the house but she's safely on my bed now) so I didn't get to write as much as usual but the duo is now a trio and yay Em isn't a fool #NovelEmber

Night six: Surely trusting in the mysterious boy won't backfire, he's surely not hiding a massive secret behind those beautiful emerald eyes of his... #NovelEmber

Perfectly normal night out for engaged couple, they even go to a cool party with party hats and noisemakers and a male stripper who comes out of a rainbow tinged bathtub.

Night five: Writing an entire threat without making it obvious the actual situation going on is really difficult. I have to be both obscure in my wording and clear enough that it can still be plausible for when the truth is revealed. #NovelEmber

Night four: Sass is exchanged and Tsuki finds out that the Big Bad Leader is....actually not that scary? #NovelEmber

Night three: It's starting to get going, our hero and her guard have come to the elevator of fate. Now if only Luka can keep from getting into fights with disembodied voices long enough for them to get upstairs #NovelEmber

Night two: Peace and quiet is interrupted by asthmatics with important information #NovelEmber

Night One: I sacrificed my physical health to write a very small amount. But I got a migraine and can't write more; I'll write more tomorrow #Novelember

Do you hear that? That's the sound of my doom coming. It's almost November which means it's almost time for me to sell my body, soul and sanity to the monster that is my novels. This year's sacrifice is to one of my favorites and an absolute angst fest: Crystals of Life and Death

Night thirty: 51593. That's the final count for this year; the story is only maybe half way done but I'm exhausted and cold and need my sleep and rest if I'm gonna finish this eventually. But it was a good year, a lot better than the first draft of this story. #NovelEmber

Night twenty-five: Tsuki is spitting facts, making points and friends with an awkward police detective. And in five nights I finally get to sleep. Until then we got more stuff to happen and while this novel won't be finished in a month, it will hit over 50,000 in one and that's my goal #NovelEmber

Also I realized I accidentally put night twenty-two on night twenty-three but yeah, I've been writing every night; it's not easy especially when people keep wanting my attention and time to do stuff (and I'm afraid of saying no to anyone) but I've managed it. Sleep is for December #NovelEmber

Night twenty-four: Two of my favorite side characters show up and serious thoughts and serious talks are hard. But again things seem to be moving along well so yay for that. #NovelEmber

Night twenty-two: We're gonna meet a good boy cop but that's dependent on if Tsuki will be willing to follow the clues where they lead instead of worrying all the time. #NovelEmber

Night twenty-two: Things are trucking along. What is the reason that the headmaster of the school didn't let the police involve themselves in a previous murder case? Hmm..... #NovelEmber

Night twenty-one: I learned a lot about human anatomy tonight. And my word processor wanted me to kill my victim using strangulation instead of exsanguination, I wish I was making that up. It also tried to change it to just extermination... #NovelEmber

Night twenty: Remember people, ACAB. Luka and Tsuki enter a police station and it takes every ounce of self control for the former not to throw hands. Tsuki just knows that she doesn't like this place and just wants to get to where the dead body is. #NovelEmber

Night nineteen: There is an actual storm here trying to knock out my power. I still managed to write my piece tonight. Tsuki is going out and about to deal with the sassy Alyssa again but at least she has her friend Luka by her side. #NovelEmber

Night eighteen: The best lies are rooted in truth and the future is very open when you're seventeen years old. But sometimes old dreams are the best ones and Tsuki is coming to the slow realization that what she wanted at six hasn't changed now. #NovelEmber
