These are the joyous bundles who kept me awake the other night!

Some 10 years ago I bought hundreds of mixed daffodils and planted them everywhere, in the road verges, garden, high hedges, under newly planted trees, odd places - they are bunching up now and look wonderful! Worth the effort though it drove me nuts at the time!

PLEASE HELP TO NAME THIS LAMB! Mum is “Snowdrop” and full sister from last year is Pollen (same ewe same ram) so you can see the thread … as I left the shed the sun was just half ove r the horizon …

Indebted to the local bird watcher who confirmed that the wader I saw was a little egret. I began this watercolour but had to stop, as being in a field I wasn’t sure if it was a little or a cattle egret. Onwards …
