Knives has npd not in a Villain=Narcissist way but rather in that he can’t cope with the reality of his trauma and his relationship with vash and so he shrouds himself in the delusion that vash is sick, and that he is godlike and that becomes his reality, he is doing in his sick eyes what is best!
